I got into this because I love designing things, and my first site was for a personal trainer who didn't know where to start. We built it together, and that's still how I work.
The people I build for are good at their thing. They shouldn't be spending evenings on hosting, updates and whatever DNS is. You focus on the business, I look after everything online, and if you need me, you phone me and I pick up.
It's always a back and forth, and I don't disappear once it's live. Leaving someone in the dark is the one thing I'll never do.

I design, build and look after websites for established businesses. Every site is built from scratch, never a template, and I stay on to run it. On top of that I add workflows: tools that answer questions, take enquiries and book calls while you're working.
One monthly fee from £95, which covers hosting, updates, security, SEO and a monthly report. Workflows are £45 a month each. There's a build fee for the initial site, from £595, and it's only invoiced once the site is finished and you're happy with it. Full details on the pricing page.
No. Month to month, leave whenever you like. Nothing is held over you.
Your domain, branding, content and photos are always yours. The site itself is built and hosted by me and you subscribe to it, which is why nothing's invoiced up front and there's no lock-in. If you ever leave, the domain goes with you.
Tools built into your site that do the admin around it. Guided Quote asks clients the right questions and gets you a photo. AI Assistant answers the things you get asked every day. Booking System puts calls straight into your diary. Each one is set up and run by me, you just see the results.
Yes, any time. Text, photos, a new page, a change to how a workflow works. You message me, I do it. There's no ticket system and no one else to go through.
